We are looking for 2 administrators to join our team.
WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible work schedule (long-short week). Departments work from Monday to Sunday, working hours - from 09:00 to 23:00.
CONTRACT PERIOD: From June 1 to October 15, with the possibility of extending cooperation in other projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management: Training of 10–25 employees, drawing up work schedules and daily control (“five minutes”).
- Coordination of activities: Ensuring the smooth operation of the Palanga Summer Park and bicycle and other equipment rental points.
- Customer service: High-quality reception of guests, resolving inquiries by phone and e-mail.
- Supervision and standards: Maintaining order in workplaces, monitoring equipment safety requirements and compliance with company standards.
- Documentation: Processing primary accounting documents, reporting to management.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have excellent organizational skills and are able to manage large flows of people.
- You know how to plan your time according to priorities and independently solve emerging situations.
- You are positive, punctual and able to work in a team with people of all ages.
- You communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Russian is a great advantage).
- Excellent digital literacy skills (MS Office, data management systems).
- Similar work experience would be an advantage, but we value motivation and leadership qualities the most.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary: 1252–1336 €/month in cash (depending on experience and results).
