Nature of work:
We are looking for a responsible and structured person to take on the development and coordination of the daily activities of the electronics raw materials purchasing department in Morocco.
This is a position with a strong operational and organizational focus - less focused on active supplier search, more on effective warehouse management, process supervision and team work organization.
Place of work - Morocco (on-site work). REMOTE WORK IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- Organization and development of electronics raw materials purchasing activities.
- Coordination of daily warehouse activities: distribution of work, process supervision, ensuring efficiency.
- Control of the purchasing process: receipt of raw materials, sorting, quality and quantity checking.
- Implementation of pricing and purchasing decisions according to established guidelines.
- Coordination and preparation of logistics processes for export.
- Administrative work: data entry, preparation of reports, work with the CRM system.
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth operation of processes.
- Process improvement and providing suggestions for improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
- French is a great advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to organize work, distribute tasks and ensure their implementation.
- Responsibility, diligence and result orientation.
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
- Experience in warehouse, production or operations management is a great advantage.
- Experience working with electronics or raw materials procurement is an advantage.
