What tasks await:
- organize road maintenance, repair and construction works and technical processes assigned to the foreman, in compliance with occupational safety, traffic safety and environmental protection standards;
- ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with technological cards, specifications and standards, quality requirements and time schedules;
- assess the quality of the work performed, initiate corrective actions if deviations are identified;
- carry out continuous adaptation of technical standards, methodologies and procedures in the unit;
- control the use of materials, analyzing the efficiency and reasonableness of consumption;
- coordinate the effective use of equipment, assess its technical condition, initiate repair or replacement needs;
- carry out the preparation of annual and seasonal work plans (winter maintenance, summer repair works, emergency works, etc.);
- ensure that the construction works of the structure (including special works and those performed by subcontractors) are carried out in accordance with the requirements of normative construction technical documents;
- organize the elimination of the consequences of accidents and natural disasters on the roads and the restoration of safe traffic;
- organize the analysis of observed and recorded non-conformities, the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- participate in the company's performance improvement projects;
- monitor and analyze the performance indicators of the unit, make the necessary decisions (human resources, equipment employment, financial resources and budget control, etc.), in order to achieve successful results for the unit;
- ensure proper maintenance of material assets, mechanisms, vehicles, production and household premises and their rational use;
- form a highly competent team, submit proposals for training, qualification improvement or improvement of work organization;
- ensure effective and high-quality work organization of subordinate employees, control over the performance of employee functions, decision-making;
- ensure compliance with occupational safety and health, environmental protection requirements, and internal rules in the unit.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a higher engineering education (advantage – in the field of road engineering);
- has 1-2 years of supervised work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
- is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
- characterized by orientation towards a high-quality result, leadership, initiative and proactivity;
- has a category B driver's license;
- advantage - SSVA qualification certificate (s) (special structure construction manager and/or special structure project manager, special structure project execution supervision manager. Structures - communications).
