What tasks await:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Alytus department manager to join our team. Your main responsibility is to coordinate and manage urban maintenance projects (haymaking, snow removal, etc. urban maintenance works), ensuring the highest quality standards, sustainability and efficiency. You will be responsible for:
- smooth operation of the departments, coordinating and distributing work to employees;
- planning the necessary resources (human, technical, materials) and their effective use;
- budget execution and control;
- cooperation with local authorities and other entities regarding urban maintenance works;
- preparation of reports and presentation of results to the company's management.
We are looking for a colleague who has/is able to:
- 3 years of work experience in urban planning or related fields (advantage);
- solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently;
- good working skills in MS Office;
- Category B driver's license.
