In this position, you will be responsible for organizing all activities of the Druskininkai division and ensuring its performance results, in close cooperation with the company manager.
Your main responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the unit: production, technical, logistics, purchasing and economic processes
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality and efficient production process
- Manage the unit's budget, analyze costs and increase the profitability of the operation
- Increase production efficiency, reduce downtime and optimize production processes
- Improve production planning and ensure the most efficient production organization
- Reduce the time of transitions between productions and increase production flexibility
- Ensure high production quality and compliance with technological processes
- Initiate and implement new projects and participate in the development and launch of new products
- Ensure rational use of energy resources (electricity, water, heating, etc.) and initiate solutions to improve their efficiency
- Supervise the accuracy of production and activity accounting and data reliability
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual activity reports
- Cooperate closely with the company manager in planning unit activities and implementing strategic goals
- Form a strong team: motivate, develop employees and take care of a good working atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and work organization standards
What do we expect from you
- Higher or higher education (technical - an advantage)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing the activities of a manufacturing company
- Experience working with food safety and quality standards (BRCGS)
- Strong technical understanding - the ability to understand the operation of equipment, technological processes and their interrelationships
- The ability to analyze failures, causes of downtime and make decisions that increase productivity
- Practical approach - not only to plan, but also to solve real production problems
- Experience working with budgets, cost control and performance indicators
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and initiative
- Leadership and the ability to build and develop a team
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Driving license (category B)
