Head of Unit

Young and energetic team, looking for a colleague, a team player. A company engaged in the catering business is looking for a new team to manage retail outlets in the center of Kaunas. We are looking for a responsible, proactive and leadership-minded manager who would ensure the smooth operation of catering outlets and high quality customer service.
🔹 Main job functions:
Organize and coordinate daily activities;
Ensure high quality customer service and resolve customer complaints;
Manage staff: plan work schedules, motivate the team, conduct employee selection and training;
Control food quality, compliance with hygiene and sanitary standards;
Analyze sales results and achieve set financial goals;
Manage supply processes and cooperate with suppliers;
Prepare reports and submit proposals for improving operations;
Ensure efficient use of resources (human, financial, material);
Organization of events held in the restaurant, banquets, buffets, personal celebrations.

Higher management education. Ability to lead a team. Creating team spirit in a restaurant.
