We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Department Manager who is able to ensure the smooth operation of the service department, mobilize the team for common goals and take responsibility for the results of the department.
The purpose of the position is to effectively organize and coordinate the work of the department, ensure high quality of customer service, smooth processes and purposeful organization and development of team work.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure coordination of daily activities of the department, work planning and effective process management.
- Organize, coordinate and strengthen the work of the employee team, promote motivation and orientation towards results.
- Ensure high quality of customer service - coordinate customer consulting, service order administration and repair work planning processes.
- Ensure smooth organization and progress of truck repair work, control timely service administration and invoicing process.
- Monitor the results of the department's activities, analyze processes and initiate solutions for improving performance.
- Cooperate with other departments of the company to achieve smooth organization of work.
- Ensure orderly, responsible and effective activities of the department and rational use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with work safety and internal procedures.
The company expects:
- At least 3 years of successful team management experience
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and ensure performance results
- Customer orientation and high quality of services
- Practical, responsible and managerial approach to the unit's activities
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively cooperate with different people
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and Russian
- Good computer skills
- Truck technical knowledge is a great advantage
