We are looking for two different, but closely cooperating positions – a Department Manager and a Restaurant Administrator (Assistant Manager).
Both roles are focused on active participation in the daily activities of the restaurant, coordinating the team and ensuring the highest quality guest experience. However, the level of responsibility and the scope of decision-making differ.
The Department Manager is responsible for the activities, results and long-term success of the entire restaurant. He plans, organizes and controls all restaurant processes, forms the team culture, ensures operational efficiency, achievement of financial goals and makes key operational decisions.
The Restaurant Administrator (Assistant Manager) is the main partner of the Department Manager in daily activities. He ensures smooth shift work, coordinates the team, monitors the quality of service, helps solve operational issues and contributes to the implementation of the restaurant's goals. This is a position for people who want to grow in the management field and strive for higher management positions in the future.
These are not office or administrative positions with a standard work schedule. We are looking for people who enjoy being around people, feel best in a lively and dynamic environment and get energy from action, communication and teamwork. You will spend most of your working time in the restaurant hall, communicating with guests, coordinating the work of the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
In these positions, it is important to be a visible leader who does not observe processes from the side, but actively participates in their implementation. Being at the workplace and leading the team during the most intensive periods of the restaurant's work is a necessary part of these duties. Depending on the needs of the business, flexibility in working in the evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.
