We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Department Manager who is able to ensure the smooth operation of the service department, mobilize the team for common goals and take responsibility for the results of the department.
The purpose of the position is to effectively organize and coordinate the work of the department, ensure high quality of customer service, smooth processes and purposeful organization and development of team work.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure coordination of daily department activities, work planning and effective process management
- Organize, coordinate and strengthen the work of the team of employees, promote motivation and orientation towards results
- Ensure high quality of customer service and professional communication with clients and partners
- Monitor the results of the department's activities, analyze processes, initiate solutions for improving performance
- Cooperate with other departments of the company to achieve smooth organization of work
- Ensure orderly, responsible and effective department activities and use of resources
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and internal procedures
The company expects:
- At least 3 years of successful team management experience
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and ensure performance results

- Practical, responsible and managerial approach to the unit's activities
