The project of a modern school in Bucha is already live and the new school competition has been won, waiting for a brave manager.

Job description:

Overseeing the entire project cycle from the initial idea and concept to obtaining the final construction permit.
Represent and negotiate in cooperation with Ukrainian local governments, state institutions, and partners regarding permits.
Assemble a team in Ukraine, plan and control the budget.
Ensure technical supervision and quality so that design solutions comply with local legislation, construction standards, and the company's high quality standards.
Develop strategic development in the Ukrainian market, seek new development opportunities, and create long-term partnerships.

Excellent command of Lithuanian, English, Ukrainian and/or Russian.
Be educated in the fields of architecture or construction engineering or economics or management.
Have experience in the real estate sector, understand the market and its specifics.

Would like to migrate Lithuania-Ukraine.
Be tolerant, honest, patient and resilient, persistent and responsible.
Be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.
