We are currently looking for a Department Manager who would ensure smooth operations of the department, a strong team and high quality customer service.

You will be responsible for:
- Effective organization of the department's work - from receiving auto parts to delivery to customers;
- Ensuring high-quality B2B customer service;
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring team work;
- Developing and motivating a team of customer service managers and drivers;
- Controlling cash transactions and ensuring accuracy of settlements;
- Ensuring compliance with order, safety and operational standards.
We hope that:
- Has experience in leading a team;
- Is able to plan work, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation;
- Has strong communication and customer service skills;
- Has good automotive technical knowledge;
- Can work with a computer (MS Office), ERP systems (Navision - an advantage);
- Has a higher or university education.
