Nature of work:
Our partners in India are looking for a responsible, proactive and result-oriented department manager who would be responsible for organizing catalyst purchasing activities, coordinating team work and smooth management of daily processes.
The work takes place in Delhi, India - remote work is NOT POSSIBLE.
This is a dynamic position that includes both leading the team and active participation in operational processes: purchasing raw materials, communicating with customers, market monitoring, analyzing results and increasing operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:

This is a dynamic position that includes both leading the team and active participation in operational processes: purchasing raw materials, communicating with customers, market monitoring, analyzing results and increasing operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
- Organizing, coordinating and controlling the daily processes of the department;
- Planning the work of the team, distributing tasks, motivating employees and monitoring results;
- Supervising and ensuring the efficiency of catalyst/raw material purchasing processes;
- Communicating with existing customers and searching for new customers and partners;
- Monitoring market trends, providing insights and identifying business opportunities;
- Ensuring data entry, report preparation and collaboration with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team or department is required;
- Good oral and written English;
- Computer literacy and ability to work with internal systems;
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to plan, organize work, make decisions and take responsibility;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
