Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Ensure smooth organization, supervision and control of production processes (textile sorting).
- Ensure implementation of established production plans, in compliance with quality, safety and efficiency requirements.
- Form, develop and coordinate a team.
- Organize raw material acceptance and removal processes, carry out their control and ensure timely and accurate management of related documentation.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate key production performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, downtime and quality, and initiate actions to improve them.
- Prepare periodic production reports, conduct their analysis and provide reasonable insights and proposals to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employee safety and quality requirements and implementation of internal procedures.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Experience in supervised work
- Ability to effectively organize work
- Ability to quickly solve problems, make decisions, and assume responsibility
- Knowledge of basic process management principles
- Ability to work with a computer, MS office programs
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, ability to communicate in English and Russian
