Head of Unit

Ensure coordination, control and effective process management of daily department activities.
Organize and supervise the work of a team of up to 80 employees.
Cooperate effectively with teams of different functions.
Analyze operational processes, initiate their improvement and ensure smooth implementation of procedures
Monitor key performance indicators and maintain professional communication with partners, clients and the company manager.
Ability to make independent decisions from the first day of work. Opportunity to develop professionally.

Work experience in the field of logistics;
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Ability to plan and organize work;
Good computer literacy skills;
Positivity, diligence;
Independence, receptivity to innovation, orientation to the result.

2200-3000 €/mon. net
