Nature of work

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a tire category strategy, ensuring long-term efficiency and monitoring market trends.
  • Plan category demand, manage purchases and prepare orders for suppliers.
  • Analyze the total cost of the managed category, including mileage indicators, repair costs and impact on operation.
  • Manage annual and quarterly budgets, prepare execution reports and KPIs for management.
  • Evaluate suppliers, participate in negotiations, monitor production plans and ensure service level compliance.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability by planning safety balances.
  • Monitor quality standards, the claims management process and initiate problem resolution with suppliers.
  • Analyze operational data, identify efficiency opportunities and improve rotation, retreading, repair and disposal processes.
  • Initiate digitalization and innovation solutions related to category management, tracking and process improvement.
  • Cooperate with internal departments and group companies in Lithuania and abroad.

Our expectations

  • You have a higher education, business administration, supply chain management or a similar field would be an advantage.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in category management, purchasing, supply chain or logistics.
  • You have experience in the field of transport, automobiles or tires - we would consider this a great advantage.
  • You are able to manage projects and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • You are characterized by strong analytical thinking, result orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You are able to mobilize different teams and exert influence without direct reporting.
  • You work well with MS Office and Excel.
  • You are fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written, at a level not lower than B2.
