- Develop and implement a tire category strategy, ensuring long-term efficiency and monitoring market trends.
- Plan category demand, manage purchases and prepare orders for suppliers.
- Analyze the total cost of the managed category, including mileage indicators, repair costs and impact on operation.
- Manage annual and quarterly budgets, prepare execution reports and KPIs for management.
- Evaluate suppliers, participate in negotiations, monitor production plans and ensure service level compliance.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability by planning safety balances.
- Monitor quality standards, the claims management process and initiate problem resolution with suppliers.
- Analyze operational data, identify efficiency opportunities and improve rotation, retreading, repair and disposal processes.
- Initiate digitalization and innovation solutions related to category management, tracking and process improvement.
- Cooperate with internal departments and group companies in Lithuania and abroad.
Our expectations
- You have a higher education, business administration, supply chain management or a similar field would be an advantage.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in category management, purchasing, supply chain or logistics.
- You have experience in the field of transport, automobiles or tires - we would consider this a great advantage.
- You are able to manage projects and implement process improvement initiatives.
- You are characterized by strong analytical thinking, result orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- You are able to mobilize different teams and exert influence without direct reporting.
- You work well with MS Office and Excel.
- You are fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written, at a level not lower than B2.
