The workplace is definitely not the most boring
WE NEED THOSE WHO LIKE TO WORK.
AND EVEN BETTER – THOSE WHO LIKE TO WORK WELL.
Gastrobar-café NACIONALINĖ, theater buffet and 3MŪZOS rooftop bar live in the very heart of Vilnius culture – in the Lithuanian National Drama Theater, Gedimino pr. 4.
And now we are looking for a WAITER-BARMAN.
The work here is a little different.
One minute the theater is quiet, because a drama is happening on stage.
The next – BREAK.
And then the drama briefly moves to the buffet or cafe.
In a few minutes you need to have time to welcome the theater audience, pour wine, make coffee, serve snacks, count, pay, smile and also know which gentleman has already ordered two sparkling wines, and which lady will soon return with her espresso.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who:
– knows how to navigate when there are a lot of people and little time;
– communicates with guests as people, not as a table number;
– does not lose their head during the intermission of a performance;
– knows or wants to learn how to work at a bar;
– understands that speed and quality can be friends;
– has a sense of humor and knows how to use it at the right time;
– is interested in theater, music, culture, or in general what is happening around – a big plus;
– likes a team where everyone helps everyone else.
Experience is respectable.
Attitude is more important.
The desire to work is the most important thing.
And the workplace is definitely not the most boring.
Actors, directors, playwrights, theater premieres, audiences before the performance, their discussions after the performance, and that special moment when the entire theater goes to your place for an intermission at the same time.
Working hours, schedule, salary and other serious adult matters are discussed upon meeting.
