Waiter

Vytautas Mineral SPA, a special mineral spa in Birštonas, is looking for you - a dynamic, ambitious and intuitive waiter.

Order taking and placing – accepting guest orders, ensuring accurate, fast and pleasant presentation of dishes and drinks;
Professional service – creating a positive customer experience, ensuring high quality of service and being able to advise on the choice of dishes or drinks;
Workplace maintenance – maintaining the cleanliness and order of the hall and work area, ensuring that work tools are suitable for use;
Stock and inventory control – monitoring that the necessary tools (cutlery, napkins, dishes, etc.) are replenished in a timely manner;
Teamwork – working closely with kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure that customer service runs smoothly and professionally.

You have acquired excellent knowledge of guest service and food and beverage presentation and delivery;
You have work experience as a waiter - at least 1 year.
You are positive, communicative and helpful;
You strive to learn, improve, search and discover every day;
You have work experience working with the "R-keeper" program;
You are able to communicate in English.

1928-2455 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a basic and a variable part.
Additional benefits: partial compensation for travel to work. Motivational service package after 6 months of work.
