- Customer service – welcoming guests in a pleasant, professional and prompt manner and ensuring their needs are met;
- Taking and placing drink and food orders;
- Preparing drinks according to bar standards (coffee, cocktails, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages);
- Cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace – both in the hall and in the bar;
- Cash register management, invoicing, accepting payments;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth work process;
- Respectful representation of the company's image and building customer loyalty.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience is an advantage, but we train motivated candidates;
- Ability to work quickly, responsibly and in a team;
- Positivity, sociability, helpfulness;
- Organization and responsible attitude to work;
- Work experience with a cash register or POS system is an advantage.
