Nature of work
- Customer reception: Polite and professional greeting of arriving private and business customers at the site.
- Quality assessment: Inspection of the delivered metal waste and scrap, initial assessment according to the purchase rules.
- Metal sorting: Physical separation of scrap metal by type (ferrous, non-ferrous metal, alloys) and preparation for further storage or loading.
- Weight recording and documents: Weighing the metal, entering accurate data into the computer system and filling out purchase documents (acts).
- Maintenance of order: Ensuring cleanliness and order in the territory of the purchase point.
Employee requirements
- Physical fitness: Good physical condition, readiness to work in outdoor conditions and perform loading and sorting work.
- Communication and integrity: Excellent communication skills, responsible attitude to work, integrity in selecting and evaluating metal.
- Basic computer skills: Ability to use a computer for initial data entry and document formation.
- Advantages: Experience in metal processing, construction or purchasing and knowledge of metal types (we train those who do not have such knowledge).
- Certificates (advantage): An important advantage is a forklift (bobcat) driver's license.
