Helper

The employee is responsible for the execution of the process of forming reinforced concrete products in accordance with technical drawings and production technology. The work includes the sequential execution of stages - from the preparation of the workplace to the dismantling of the finished product frame.

To familiarize yourself with the technical drawings and the production task before starting work

To prepare the workplace, check the set of necessary tools and materials

To assemble the frame (form) structures according to the established technical parameters

To insert the reinforcement into the form, following the scheme and accuracy requirements specified in the drawing

To fill the form with concrete mix, controlling its even distribution

After hardening, to dismantle the product frame without damaging it, preserving the quality and integrity of the product

The job requires physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to work with technical drawings.

Ability to read simple technical drawings (training can be provided on site)

Physical fitness to work in a production shop, lifting and installation work

Diligence, responsibility and accuracy when working with reinforcement and forms

Ability to work in a team and comply with occupational safety requirements

Work experience in the production of construction products would be an advantage, but not necessary
