- Responsibility and diligence;
- Diligence and willingness to do various farm work;
- Ability to work independently;
- Responsible attitude to tools and work equipment;
- Experience in performing repair, maintenance or farm work is an advantage.
Nature of work
- Daily maintenance and order maintenance of the administrative building, auxiliary premises and territory;
- Grass cutting, trimmer work, sweeping, garbage collection, snow removal and other seasonal work;
- Minor building repair and housekeeping work;
- Simple dismantling, demolition, installation and repair work;
- Minor carpentry, plumbing, painting and other maintenance work;
- Minor welding work;
- Minor repairs of furniture, doors, locks, fences, gates and other inventory;
- Working with hand and power tools;
- Maintenance of tools, equipment and workplace;
- Noticing and informing the responsible manager of malfunctions in the building, equipment or territory;
- Other daily housekeeping and territory maintenance work.
The company offers
Work schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
