Nature of work
- We are looking for hardworking and responsible employees to perform various support tasks, ensuring smooth operations and order and cleanliness in different departments of the company.
- The nature of the work includes the collection, sorting and handling of production (wood) waste, including sawdust, maintenance of the working environment and other routine maintenance work both indoors and outdoors.
- Depending on the specifics of the department, additional support tasks may be assigned (grass cutting, bark digging, branch pruning, etc.)
- Detailed information about specific responsibilities will be provided during the job interview.
- The sawmill department works in a team, in three shifts. Each week, the work schedule is different and it is repeated:
II shift: I-V 14:30 - 23:00
III shift: I-V 23:00 - 06:00
five working days a week, weekends off.
- In the further wood processing department, work in one shift:
five working days a week, weekends off.
- In the log sorting department, work in one shift:
five working days a week, weekends off.
During shifts, a 30-minute lunch break and 4 coffee breaks of 15 minutes each are provided, which are included in the working time.
Since the company processes wood processing with automatic and fast machines, we have noise and wood dust (ear and eye protection are mandatory).
Requirements:
- The field of education is not important, but if it is related to woodworking, it is an advantage.
- Ability to work with different people and respect for each other.
- Initiative, responsibility and speed.
- Compliance with safety rules (company attitude: let's come home healthy every day!).
- Experience in a woodworking company (advantage).
