We hope you:
- Has a higher education in technology.
- Has work experience in IT, IT support, IT service management, information systems maintenance or user service.
- Able to set priorities, distribute tasks, manage workload and ensure results.
- Understands the principles of IT services, incidents, problems, requests, escalation and change management.
- Able to analyze performance indicators, SLA implementation, incident causes and service quality.
- Able to communicate constructively with users, IT specialists, managers and other company departments.
- Able to mobilize, develop and motivate a team and create a culture of responsibility and cooperation.
Responsibilities waiting for you:
- Organize, coordinate and control the work of the IT department and team.
- Ensure the smooth provision of IT support and other IT services.
- Organize and supervise incident and service request management processes.
- Ensure monitoring and continuous improvement of IT service level indicators (SLA).
- Organize computer, network and server infrastructure administration activities.
- Ensure effective IT asset management and life cycle monitoring.
- Prepare technical specifications and participate in the implementation of IT projects.
- Plan team work, set priorities and monitor the achievement of results.
- Develop, motivate and promote the professional growth of team members.
- Initiate and implement changes in IT activities and processes.
