Join the management team of Pon.Bike Lithuania and become a paint shop manager. You will be directly accountable to the factory manager and will have your own paint shop team (~45 employees), whose main goal is to ensure smooth painting of bicycle parts. You will be responsible for the effective planning and organization of the paint shop employees' activities and work productivity.

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal operation of production processes in the paint shop, achieving the set goals.
- Implement the company's internal policy, introduce necessary procedures and ensure that the department's employees comply with them.
- Take care of technical and organizational issues in the paint shop.
- Create a friendly atmosphere based on trust and the values of "Pon.Bike".
- Ensure effective team work, focusing on everyone's professional development and growth.
- Be an ambassador of "Pon.Bike Lithuania", inspiring others to improve themselves at work every day by their example.
- Ensure effective internal communication between the shop's employees.
This job requires:
- Experience in leading a team: training, motivating employees and building a team.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting minor production equipment failures.
- Knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques and understanding when and how to apply them.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Higher education in management or technological sciences (Bachelor of Chemistry would be an advantage).
- Motivation to work and the ability to take responsibility when challenges arise.
- Focus on quality and excellent performance management skills.
- Leadership competencies – to notice, support and build a team.
