We are looking for a colleague who is able to analyze customer behavior, look for growth opportunities and initiate solutions that help increase customer value and business revenue. In this role, you will have a lot of freedom to raise hypotheses, test them and turn them into real results.

What are you going to do?
- Analyze B2C and B2B customer behavior, usage patterns, and customer value.
- Identify untapped revenue growth opportunities: pricing, cross-sell, upsell, customer retention, and activation.
- Raise hypotheses and seek answers to the question: "Where else can we grow?"
- Assess the potential of different customer segments and provide recommendations for business solutions.
- Initiate and test new offers, value creation, and commercial models.
- Calculate the potential impact of initiatives on revenue and monitor their results.
- Work together with colleagues in sales, customer service, products, and customer experience.
What do we expect?
- At least 2 years of experience in areas related to business development, pricing, customer analytics, commercial development or growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data.
- Ability to see not only the numbers, but also the business opportunities behind them.
- Curiosity, initiative and desire to understand what creates value for the customer.
- Experience working with customer segmentation, revenue growth or customer value enhancement initiatives.
- Higher university education (in economics, management, finance or similar fields).
- Experience in the telecommunications sector would be an advantage.
