Nature of work
- Coordination of the work of the production packaging line, which employs up to 20 people;
- Ensuring the efficient and high-quality work of packers and line operators;
- Ensuring the quality of the products manufactured by the department;
- Timely resolution of emerging production situations;
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements;
- Shift work schedule (3 working days/3 days off).
Employee requirements
- Work experience as a line manager, foreman or chief operator;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Russian language an advantage;
- Diligence, attentiveness, result orientation, responsible attitude to work, desire to improve.
