Packaging Operator (We train those without experience)

This is a great starting position for those who have never worked before or are changing their profession, as no prior experience or knowledge is required - we train everything on the spot.

Production Operator:
High-quality, efficient, specification-compliant bag packaging;
Efficient management, service and maintenance of production equipment;
Timely quality control and control of production.

Work in shifts after 8 a.m. from Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Shifts change weekly.
1) 06:30-15:00
2) 14:30-23:00
3) 22:00 - 06:30 (currently inactive, we start when there is a high production load)
Night hours are paid at a 50% higher rate.

1300-1600 €/mon. gross
Salary range is from starting salary to earning potential including bonuses after probationary period. The bonus paid depends on the quality of the work performed - if no significant mistakes are made, a monthly bonus is paid. Also, each night hour is paid at a 50% higher rate, so the more night hours worked per month, the higher the earnings, which may even exceed the specified limits.
