- Perform production operations in accordance with established work and quality requirements
- Maintain the equipment used, notice deviations in a timely manner
- Prepare the workplace for the start of the shift and ensure its order during and after the shift
- Participate in daily equipment maintenance and other work necessary to ensure the production process
- Cooperate with colleagues to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan
We are looking for someone who:
- Able to work a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts
- Responsible for assigned tasks and able to work in accordance with established work procedures
- Attention to detail, able to quickly respond to a changed situation and maintain high quality of work
- Not afraid to work with production equipment and willing to learn new practical skills
- Able to work in a team and contribute to common results
- Has work experience in the production field or in a technical environment (an advantage)
