Are you the production axis that manages processes, connects people, and ensures that the final product reaches the customer on time and in impeccable quality?
We are looking for a responsible and organized team member who is ready to keep the rhythm going in our packaging department.
Your daily routine and responsibilities:
Team Coordination: I will plan and organize the work of the packaging department employees so that goals are achieved without stress, but efficiently.
Process Control: You will ensure that finished products are properly labeled and the packaging quality meets the highest standards.
Operational Problem Solving: Daily production challenges are an integral part of the job - we expect you to be able to react quickly and find solutions here and now.
Information Management: You will prepare production reports and work closely with the production manager, providing him with accurate information.

We hope you:
Have at least 2 years of managerial or similar work experience in the manufacturing sector.
You are comfortable working with a computer (data entry and reporting are part of your daily routine).
You have strong organizational and communication skills - you are able to clearly formulate tasks for the team.
If necessary, you are able to make decisions independently and respond promptly to changes in the production pace.
You know how to plan your time and do not get lost when you need to solve several different issues at the same time.
You are comfortable working with a computer (data entry and reporting are part of your daily routine).
