The Švyturys-Utenos alus Packaging Department team in Utena is inviting a Process Engineer to join us - someone who wants to grow and develop in the field of production and who wants to apply their technical and engineering knowledge in practice.
Who will work for us?
- Analysis of production losses, technological processes and costs and providing optimization and improvement proposals;
- Working with packaging operator teams: introducing and implementing innovations and improvements into existing processes, solving technical issues and problems, analysis and operator training tasks;
- Participation in equipment modernization and renewal projects
- Coordination of work between different departments and teams, sharing good practices and examples;
- Ensuring and applying Carlsberg standards in the areas of Occupational Safety and Quality;
- Ensuring the use of existing LEAN Tools in production processes and new LEAN tools.
What do we expect?
- Higher/postgraduate education in engineering or other technical field;
- Work experience in a manufacturing company in a similar position would be an advantage;
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation;
- Drawing with AutoCAD would be an advantage;
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Teamwork, communication skills and the ability to motivate and a desire to grow and improve.
