We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university or higher education in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, multimedia or another related field
- Has at least 2-3 years of work experience in packaging design, graphic design or visual communication of brands
- Has experience in preparing layouts for print; experience in the FMCG or food sector is an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English at least B2 level
- Is characterized by creativity, aesthetic sense, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Able to effectively collaborate in a team and communicate clearly
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously, plan time and meet deadlines
- Is proactive, result-oriented and open to feedback
We will trust you:
- Create and adapt product packaging designs according to the company's brand guidelines
- Participate in the entire packaging development process - from creative idea and design concept development to layout preparation for print and press coordination
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Category Development, Technology and other teams to develop new products and update existing product packaging
- Coordinate packaging design changes and ensure their timely implementation
- Collaborate with printers, design partners and other external suppliers to coordinate the packaging production process
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and smooth collaboration
