Packaging Project Manager | Customer Service and Project Management

PRINT STORM has been specializing in packaging and printing solutions since 2013. We entrust production processes to selected partners in the EU, and we manage the entire solution chain ourselves: from the most suitable manufacturer and price to quality and logistics.

Our customers are retail chains of all product groups, e-commerce brands and e-commerce trading platforms, sales representatives in the Baltic market and the EU.

We are currently looking for someone who would take responsibility for one of the most important parts of this chain: production, service and logistics cost calculation, customer service of the electronic packaging order system, cooperation with manufacturers and coordination of orders and logistics.
In this position, you are an important link between sales, manufacturers and customers. You will be responsible not only for the numbers, but also for ensuring that they reach the sales team on time and are accurate.

• At least 2 years of experience in calculating prices or estimates and working with suppliers and customers
• Experience in the field of packaging is not necessary, we will also value experience in the fields of printing, production or technical sales
• Good skills in working with numbers and the ability to accurately estimate quantities, materials, weights and transport costs
• Fluent English in writing and speaking, for daily communication with customers and manufacturers
• Diligence, structure and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
• Ability to communicate calmly and clearly with the customer, especially when something is wrong with the order
• Analytical approach and the habit of checking information
• Category B driver's license
• Curiosity and desire to use AI capabilities in daily work

A great advantage

• Experience in the field of printing, packaging or labels
• Experience with flexible packaging: doypack, barrier materials
• Practical use of ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools experience of use at work

• Salary 3,250–3,600 € gross (depending on experience)
• Annual bonus - up to 1 month's salary (depending on the company's annual results)
• Work form - hybrid, 1 day from home, office in the Northern Town, Vilnius
• Work tools - Claude Pro and ChatGPT (licenses paid by the company), other - telephone, computer, training
• Team - small and real. You will work directly with the manager, without intermediaries

Honestly: for the first three months you will work according to a clear process takeover plan.

3250-3600 €/mon. gross
(depends on experience)
Annual bonus - up to 1 month salary (depends on the company's annual results).
