PRINT STORM has been specializing in packaging and printing solutions since 2013. We entrust production processes to selected partners in the EU, and we manage the entire solution chain ourselves: from the most suitable manufacturer and price to quality and logistics.
Our customers are retail chains, e-commerce brands, sales representatives and manufacturers in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other EU markets.
We are currently looking for someone who would take responsibility for one of the most important parts of this chain: production, service and logistics cost calculation, customer service of the electronic packaging order system, cooperation with manufacturers and coordination of orders and logistics.
In this position, you are an important link between sales, manufacturers and customers. You will be responsible not only for the numbers, but also for ensuring that they reach the sales team on time and are accurate.

What are you going to do
- I calculate the cost of packaging and printed products: production, service, logistics
- I will communicate with manufacturers in the EU, evaluate and compare their offers, and look for optimal solutions
- I will provide production, logistics, and service costs to sales teams
- I will contribute to the development of the cost calculation procedure and the formation of the cost table for standard products
- I will coordinate the logistics of orders from the manufacturer to delivery to the customer
- I will respond to inquiries from flexible packaging customers and advise them on electronic orders. Your contact will be indicated to the customer
- I will supervise the implementation of orders and resolve any issues that arise
- I will work with AI tools every day to prepare and evaluate inquiries, offers, and specifications. We provide the necessary licenses
What are we hoping for
- At least 2 years of experience in calculating prices or estimates and working with suppliers and customers
- Experience in the field of packaging is not necessary, we will also value experience in the fields of printing, production or technical sales
- Good skills in working with numbers and the ability to accurately estimate quantities, materials, weights and transport costs
- Fluent English in writing and speaking, for daily communication with customers and manufacturers
- Diligence, structure and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
- The ability to communicate calmly and clearly with the customer, especially when something goes wrong with the order
- Analytical approach and the habit of checking information
- Category B driver's license
- Curiosity and desire to use AI capabilities in daily work
A great advantage
- Experience in the field of printing, packaging or labels
- Experience with flexible packaging: doypack, barrier materials
- Practical experience in ChatGPT, Claude or others Experience using AI tools at work
What we offer
- Salary 3,000–3,140 € gross (depending on experience)
- Annual bonus - up to 1 month's salary (depending on the company's annual results)
- Work form - hybrid, 1 day from home, office in Šiaurės Miestelis, Vilnius
- Work tools - Claude Pro and ChatGPT (licenses paid by the company), other - telephone, computer, training
- Team - small and real. You will work directly with the manager, without intermediaries
