ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a meticulous, organized and aesthetically pleasing person who understands the design, layout and printing processes and can coordinate the creation of our product packaging - from the first idea to the final label or box.
We do not require you to be a professional graphic designer and create all designs from scratch. The most important thing is that you understand how the whole process works, be able to work with designers and printers, evaluate layouts and ensure that the final result is of high quality.

What are you going to do?
- Coordinate the development of new product labels, boxes and other packaging;
- Formulate tasks for designers and coordinate their implementation;
- Evaluate and check layouts prepared by designers;
- Ensure that layouts meet the technical requirements of the printing house or packaging manufacturer;
- Communicate with printing houses, label and packaging manufacturers and other suppliers;
- Request prices, coordinate production deadlines, materials and technical capabilities;
- Order labels, boxes and other printing and packaging media;
- Coordinate print samples, colors, paper, materials and finishing solutions;
- Oversee the entire process from idea and layout to manufactured packaging;
- Control order deadlines and the quality of the final product;
- Coordinate updates and changes to existing packaging;
- Collaborate with design, marketing and other team members.
What do we expect from you?
- Understanding of graphic design, layout and printing processes;
- Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop – it is not necessary to be a professional graphic designer, but it is important to be able to open, understand, check and, if necessary, adjust layouts;
- Understanding how to properly prepare files for printing;
- Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, bleeds, cutting lines, foiling, varnishing, lamination and other printing and packaging production processes;
- Ability to assess whether the file prepared by the designer meets production requirements;
- Ability to clearly formulate tasks for designers;
- Ability to independently communicate with printing houses and other suppliers;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Good aesthetic sense;
- Organization and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously;
- Responsibility for deadlines and the final result.
A big advantage if:
- Have experience in a printing house, advertising production, packaging production or similar company;
- Have worked with product labels, boxes or other packaging;
- Can independently make simple layout corrections;
- Can adapt already created designs to different formats;
- Can create simpler banners for a website, promotions or other communication.
