What will you do with us?
- You will organize the work of the water meter (W1) assembly and inspection line team, achieve set performance goals and standards;
- You will prepare a production plan and coordinate its implementation;
- You will order raw materials and components in direct cooperation with the warehouse;
- You will perform monthly inventories;
- You will solve various production and team problems;
- If necessary, you will replace the line manager, conduct daily meetings;
- You will prepare reports and submit data in a timely manner.
Working hours in shifts:
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00

We expect that you:
Salary:
2200-2350 €/month (excluding taxes).
Night hours are paid in accordance with the procedure established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania (one and a half times more) and are not included in the specified salary.
- You are motivated, proactive and able to quickly orient yourself;
- You are able to work in a team;
- You have experience in organizing work (a manufacturing company is an advantage);
- You have computer skills (MS Excel and Word);
- You have worked with accounting programs (an advantage);
- You are familiar with the Lean methodology and problem-solving tools (an advantage).
Salary:
2200-2350 €/month (excluding taxes).
Night hours are paid in accordance with the procedure established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania (one and a half times more) and are not included in the specified salary.
