What will you do with us?
Working hours in shifts:
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00

- Organize the work of the shift team, ensure the implementation of the production plan, goals and established norms in the Packaging and heat collection line;
- Plan and coordinate orders for raw materials and components, in cooperation with the warehouse;
- Conduct monthly inventories, prepare reports and ensure timely submission of data;
- Resolve production and team problems, contribute to the smooth running of daily processes.
- If necessary, replace the line manager and lead daily shift meetings.

Salary
2200 - 2500 €/month excluding taxes.
Salary is a matter of negotiation and depends on the competencies and experience.
Night hours are paid in accordance with the procedure established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania (at a rate 1.5 times higher) and are not included in the specified salary.
- You are motivated, proactive and able to quickly navigate a dynamic environment;
- You are able to work in a team and take responsibility for your results;
- You have experience in organizing work (experience in a manufacturing company - advantage);
- You have computer skills (MS Excel and Word);
- You have worked with accounting programs (advantage);
- You are familiar withLean methodology andproblem solving tools (advantage).
