BRIEFLY ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this position, you will play an important role in contributing to the growth of BURGA. I will motivate and coordinate the team every day, ensuring that all set goals are achieved and the work is carried out smoothly and efficiently.

We are currently looking for a shift coordinator in the following teams:

• Printing department (working with printing machines, their maintenance and performing printing processes);
• Packaging department (working with the distribution of manufactured products and preparing them for shipment to customers);
• UV printing department (working with UV printing equipment, their maintenance and cleaning).

The work schedule is flexible. Shifts change every other cycle - one cycle is worked in day shifts (06:00 - 18:00), the other - in night shifts (18:00 - 06:00).

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Implementing the daily plan;
• Problem identification and resolution;
• Work order and safety monitoring;
• Work distribution according to priorities or instructions from the manager;
• Information dissemination (received from the manager);
• Systematization and analysis of results;
• Team development;
• Tracking the balance of personal protective equipment, raw materials and auxiliary equipment and transferring the need.

SALARY: 13.22 - 19.08 Eur/hour before taxes.

Night shifts are paid accordingly by law.
