OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The employee in this position is responsible for the organization of efficient production processes and production line and/or shift workers, in compliance with all technological documentation, health and safety regulations and internal work procedures. The goal of the employee is to achieve the set production goals, KPI indicators and significantly contribute to the implementation of the organization's long-term goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of work of shift line workers according to technological instructions, in compliance with all worker safety and health requirements, to ensure safe, uninterrupted work.
- Compliance and control of laws, regulations and worker safety instructions in the unit, participation in accident and incident investigations and implementation of the preventive action plan. Ensuring the implementation of employee safety and health goals set by the OC company.
- Effective allocation and utilization of all production resources based on technological instructions, existing processes and occupational safety and health instructions.
- Preparation of regular production reports.
- Completing the employee's time sheet.
- Team talent management and employee development: organization of mid-year and annual performance interviews, organization of required training and testing, upskilling of existing employees and training of new employees.
- Organization of maintenance during night shifts.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the production premises.
- Participation in continuous process improvement activities.
- Work on a rolling schedule, in shifts after 12 hours, according to cumulative work time accounting (3 day shifts - 3 rest days - 3 night shifts).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (education in the field of technical sciences would be a great advantage).
- 3+ years of experience in production.
- 1+ years of managerial experience.
- Good analytical, collaborative skills, result orientation.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken). Basic Russian skills would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Hourly rate 20.35 EUR/hour (gross), 4100 - 4600 EUR/month (gross).

- Annual bonus based on the achieved results.
