We are looking for a leader who would not only ensure smooth production operations, but also inspire the team to achieve the highest results. Your main responsibilities:
- Organize the work of production line employees and ensure safe, smooth and uninterrupted production activities.
- Create a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with employee safety, health and technological requirements.
- Effectively plan and allocate production resources to achieve set production goals and KPI indicators.
- Develop team competencies by organizing performance assessments, training, professional development and adaptation of new employees.
- Analyze performance results, prepare reports and ensure working time accounting.
- Initiate and implement solutions for continuous improvement of production processes, increasing operational efficiency, quality and team results.
- Work on a rolling schedule (3 day - 3 rest - 3 night shifts, applying cumulative working time accounting).
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (education in the field of technical sciences would be an advantage).
- You have accumulated successful experience in production and team management.
- You are able to effectively organize people's work, make decisions and ensure a smooth process of activities.
- You know how to motivate, develop and involve the team in achieving common goals.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, initiative and orientation towards results and continuous improvement.
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English (basic Russian would be an advantage).
- You have good computer skills.
