Your main responsibilities will be:
- Organize, plan and control the smooth operation of the shift;
- Lead the team of shift workers, ensure their induction and motivation;
- Ensure the implementation of production plans and the quality of production;
- Analyze production results and prepare reports;
- Fill in timesheets and other necessary documentation;
- Cooperate with other departments and ensure smooth information transfer between shifts.
Place of work: AB „KLAIPĖDOS MEDIENA”, Liepų g. 68, Klaipėda.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with production process management systems;
- Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance and operational efficiency principles;
- Good communication, team management and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian, English is an advantage;
- Ability to work shift work (day/night).
We would consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience working as a lead operator or in another production team management position;
- Experience in the furniture or wood industry.
