Nature of work
- Ensure stable operation of the extruder, dryer and packaging lines throughout the shift
- Organize and control the execution of the production plan according to the established deadlines
- Respond to process deviations and make operational decisions to control them
- Ensure that the product is manufactured according to technological parameters
- Manage shift operators and support staff
- Ensure a clear distribution of tasks and effective work organization
- Train new employees and improve the competencies of existing ones
- Ensure work discipline, safety and compliance with hygiene requirements
- Monitor product parameters, perform intermediate quality checks
- Record and manage non-conformities, initiate corrective actions
- Ensure that all quality requirements are met during the shift
- Cooperate with the quality department in resolving deviations
- Deputize for another shift foreman and/or chief extruder operator-production worker;
Employee requirements
Work in manufacturing would be an advantage;
Ability to work in a team, honesty, demandingness, responsibility, diligence;
Ability to manage stressful situations;
Working in a management position would be an advantage;
