Nature of work
- Lead the production shift;
- Ensure that production processes run like a precisely tuned clock;
- Take care of order and reports - every minute of production is valuable;
- Help the team reach heights and connect everything into one harmonious mechanism.
Work in 3 shifts of 8 hours each.
Employee requirements
- Working in a factory is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team, patience and responsibility;
- Leadership experience would be a plus, but a desire to grow is a must!
