CHANGE MASTER

Organize and coordinate shift work in the production shop.
Ensure the implementation of production plans within the established deadlines.
Control the quality of manufactured products and compliance with food safety requirements.
Supervise employee work discipline, compliance with safety and hygiene requirements.
Effectively distribute tasks to shift workers.
Resolve daily production process issues and promptly respond to malfunctions.
Cooperate with quality, technical maintenance and logistics departments.
Fill in production documentation and prepare reports.

At least 1 year of managerial experience in a manufacturing company.
Experience in the food industry would be an advantage.
Ability to organize teamwork and make decisions.
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
Ability to work in a shift work schedule.
