Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the implementation of production plans, production quality and compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Coordinate the work of the shift team, distribute tasks and ensure smooth introduction of new employees to work;
- Promptly resolve production, technical and organizational issues and cooperate with other departments;
- Analyze shift production results, fill in working time accounting and other necessary documentation.
Place of work: Ryto g.4, Menčių km., Akmenės district
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Experience in leading or coordinating a production team;
- Knowledge of production processes and ability to plan and organize shift work;
- Leadership, clear communication and decision-making ability;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian and/or English;
- Responsibility, cooperation and result orientation;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel);
- Ability to work in shifts (days and nights).
We would consider it an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S or other production efficiency methods.
