Your main responsibilities
- Organization of team work, motivation, development, task distribution and control of working time accounting;
- Ensuring the implementation of production plans, quality control, production and material accounting;
- Continuous improvement of shift efficiency and improvement of the quality of work of subordinate employees;
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with employee safety and health requirements.
What do we expect from you
- Successful work experience in a manufacturing company as a shift foreman or team leader;
- Ability to work independently and make decisions;
- Result-oriented, goal-oriented and eager to improve;
- Flexibility and ability to work with a variety of people;
- Good computer skills (MS Office).

Work schedule: shift (2 working days / 2 days off):
