Nature of work
- Ensuring the fulfillment of shift production tasks;
- Organizing the work of subordinate employees;
- Supervision and control of the production process;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Solving problems that arise during production.
Work is carried out in shifts, with a 12-hour rolling work schedule:
- 2 day shifts: 7:00 - 19:00;
- 2 night shifts: 19:00 - 7:00;
- 2-3 days off.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company (an advantage);
- Communicative skills, quick thinking, result-oriented;
- Diligence, attentiveness, responsible attitude to work;
- Good command of Lithuanian and Russian;
- Willingness to learn and improve.
