Talenteek's client, UAB Roda, part of the international IFN Holding group, is a manufacturer of European and Scandinavian-style windows and doors, supplying products to the Lithuanian, Danish, Icelandic, Irish and Norwegian markets.
WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU IN THIS POSITION:
- Ensure a smooth production process according to submitted orders.
- Plan, organize and control the work of the Woodworking Department.
- Supervise the quality of products and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Promptly resolve problems arising during the production process.
- Calculate the capacities and loads of work centers, manage production processes.
- Keep records of products released for production.
- Ensure supervision of the work of subordinate employees and effective execution of tasks.
SUCCESSFUL WORK REQUIRES:
- Work experience as a foreman in a manufacturing company.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth distribution of work.
- Strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills.
- Good computer literacy and English language skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to work in two shifts.
