Shift Master

Effectively organize and coordinate the work of subordinate employees;
Team formation, development and motivation;
Ensure the implementation of the production plan, work efficiency and quality;
Supervision, control, problem solving, prevention of the production technological process;
Filling in, analyzing and submitting the necessary reports to the manager;
Filling in the accounting of employee working hours, employee evaluation;
Ensuring occupational safety and health, fire safety requirements.

Work in shifts according to a rolling schedule:
3 days - daytime (07:30-19:30), 3 days - rest, 3 days - night (19:30-07:30).

Higher or higher education;
Computer literacy;
Management experience (in a manufacturing company would be an advantage);
Ability to independently make quick, rational decisions, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation;
Ability to promote openness, cooperation and employee involvement in the team;
Organization, responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
