Shift Master

We are looking for an experienced shift team leader who will ensure smooth operation of automated furniture production, coordinate the team and promptly resolve daily situations in production. • Ensure the implementation of production plans, production quality and compliance with occupational safety requirements;
• Coordinate the work of the shift team, distribute tasks and ensure smooth introduction of new employees to work;
• Promptly resolve production, technical and organizational issues and cooperate with other departments;
• Analyze shift production results, fill in working time accounting and other necessary documentation.

Workplace: Ryto g. 4, Menčių km., Akmenės district

• Experience in leading or coordinating a production team;
• Knowledge of production processes and ability to plan and organize shift work;
• Leadership, clear communication and decision-making ability;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian and/or English;
• Responsibility, cooperation and result orientation;
• Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel);
• Ability to work in shifts (days and nights).

We would consider it an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of LEAN, 5S or other production efficiency methods.

2700-3000 €/mon. gross
The specific salary will be discussed during the interview, taking into account the candidate's competencies and experience.
