Nature of work:
- Ensuring the execution of the production plan;
- Process supervision and control;
- Efficient use of production capacity and resources;
- Ensuring product quality;
- Improving production processes;
- Analysis of results;
- Personal interviews with shift workers, problem solving.
Shift work:
2 day shifts (from 07:00 to 19:00);
2 night shifts (from 19:00 to 07:00);
4 days off.
Employee requirements:
- Higher or higher requirement;
- At least 2 years of team management experience;
- Leader qualities, organizational abilities;
- Orientation towards the achievement of the result;
- Responsibility, demandingness;
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, ability to successfully communicate with different people;
- Analytical skills (ability to systematize information, draw conclusions and make suggestions);
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, experience working with a specialized production management program).
